Walk-ins are absolutely welcome, however an appointment can help to limit wait times. Our in-store appointments provide a one-on-one meeting with our expert staff to discuss your jewelry and watch needs! Appointments are not required but recommended for Custom Jewelry Design sessions. Steps to request an appointment or online service estimate:

1) Fill out the below form with your contact info and what item(s) you would like serviced. 

2) A team member will contact you shortly to set up your appointment and provide any other necessary details. 

3) You're all set! When you arrive for your appointment, please pause outside the store entrance and we will bring you in as soon as possible according to the current Anne Arundel county mandated Limited Occupancy Guidelines. Masks fully covering nose & mouth are required to enter the store. We look forward to your visit!
