PART-TIME

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES ASSOCIATE


We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our service and retail store team. Build your career with a company that thrives on providing outstanding customer experiences! Experience in the jewelry and watch industry is not necessary, we provide training, sales techniques and product knowledge to help Associates succeed and foster a learning environment. Competitive compensation is based on level of experience and background.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; including engaging customers to identifying needs, answering questions, presenting detailed information on repair processes, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations

  • Enhance customer experiences with a patient, friendly and helpful attitude

  • Perform watch battery replacements and watch band adjustments (training provided)

  • Foster emotional connections with our new and existing customers - our industry success is based on trust, loyalty and transparency

  • Process transactions, provide estimates for repair, assist customers with sizing selections, record customer data

  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work 15-25 hours/per week

  • Previous retail sales experience  (jewelry experience a plus)

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to build rapport with customers


PART-TIME

E-COMMERCE & ORDER PROCESSING ASSOCIATE


We are looking for a E-Commerce & Order Processing Associate to join our e-commerce team. Build your career with a company that thrives on providing outstanding customer experiences! Experience in the jewelry and watch industry is not necessary, we provide training and product knowledge to help Associates succeed and foster a learning environment. Competitive compensation is based on level of experience and background.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Process e-commerce orders, including invoicing, pulling products, packing and shipping orders

  • Answer customer service phone calls and provide support

  • Record customer and product data, manage Excel spreadsheets

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work 15-20 hours/per week or 3-4 hours/day

    **Monday through Friday mornings, flexible hours within 9AM-1PM time frame**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & email clients

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
